This policy explains how we process personal data on the coldlyne.com website, and what applies if you have received an email sent with Coldlyne. It does not apply to self-hosted instances of the software, which each user deploys and operates themselves. The hosted service app.coldlyne.com, which is being prepared, will have its own terms before it opens.

Audience measurement
The site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure its traffic and performance in aggregate (page views, country, device type, load time). These tools do not set cookies and are not used to track visitors from one site to another.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your theme preference (light or dark) is kept in your browser’s local storage and is not transmitted.
Technical logs
Like any host, Vercel, which hosts the site, processes technical data (IP address, browser, pages requested) to deliver the pages and keep the service secure.
Contact
The site contains no form that collects personal data. If you email us, we use your message and your contact details to reply to you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling the requests we receive, and keep them for no more than three years after our last exchange.
You received an email sent with Coldlyne
Coldlyne is a tool: the company that wrote to you uses it for prospecting, and that company is the controller of your data. Every email sent with Coldlyne says who is writing to you, why, and where your contact details come from (the national company registry for your company and your position, your company’s website for your work address). It contains an unsubscribe link: it immediately stops all sending, and that sender never uses your address again.
To exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection), write to the sender. If the email comes from a FAKGROUP company, or if you get no response, write to us: contact@coldlyne.com.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict and object to its processing, and to data portability. Write to us at contact@coldlyne.com; we respond within one month. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Transfers outside the European Union
Vercel Inc. is established in the United States. The resulting transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which Vercel is certified, and on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
