NAF code

The main activity code INSEE assigns to every French company: the first filter of a prospect list.

The NAF code (nomenclature d’activités française, the French classification of activities), also called the APE code, describes a company’s main activity. INSEE assigns it at registration: 64.20Z for holding companies, 69.20Z for accounting, 62.01Z for computer programming. In the national company registry, it’s the first filter for targeting the companies your offer really concerns, before legal form, location and size.
